About Us
Shaky C
Some things just take time.
Formed in the dorm rooms of Davis Hall at Otterbein College in the quite and peacefull village of Westerville, Ohio in 1990, Shaky C has navigated the decades—moving across states and time zones, navigating "adulting," and weathering life’s inevitable challenges—yet, their brotherhood and music have remained a constant.
Over thirty years after first jamming together, the band is proud to announce brand new original music coming out spring of 2026. This isn't just another release; it is a labor of love. The band is teaming up with their lifelong friend, Larry Gifford, to support his courageous battle against Parkinson’s disease. "We formed this band in college, but the brotherhood was forged for life," the band says. "When Larry was diagnosed, it was a no-brainer to use our music to support him and his organization in this fight. This EP is about friendship, resilience, and standing together when it matters most."
The band consists of Travis Eby Guitars, Synth Programming, Backing Vocals; Erin Varley Lead Vocals, Guitars; David Inbody Bass Guitar, Backing Vocals; David Villwock Drums, Cow-bell, Vibra-Slap, Tambourine, Keyboards and Synth Programinng, Backing Vocals
PD Avengers
Parkinson’s is complex. Too often, people feel isolated, unheard, or underserved by systems that move too slowly.
At PD Avengers, we move faster—using collective action, compassionate storytelling, and relentless advocacy to spark real change.
Our patient-led roots mean we don’t just speak for the community; we rise with it.
